Too many handoffs
Each additional party creates another coordination point and another delay.
Gareac fact / 01
Gareac focuses on the physical handoff between laboratories and life-science suppliers.
Why Gareac
Laboratories and suppliers may each perform their own part well. But the physical handoff between them is still assembled through separate emails, documents, staff time, providers, and follow-ups.
Gareac is focused on that neglected operating layer: the point where a clear scientific or commercial need becomes a slow inter-organizational process.
Our objective
Each additional party creates another coordination point and another delay.
Laboratory teams manage operational details instead of their core work.
Progress is visible in fragments, but no single layer owns completion.
Our approach
We are designing one service layer that initiates, coordinates, and confirms an approved physical workflow across organizations.
Today
With Gareac
Built for adoption
Designed to work between existing organizations, not replace them.
Each workflow begins with a defined category, boundary, and procedure.
The value is a shorter, clearer path from request to completion.
Current stage
Gareac is conducting customer discovery in Almaty and designing a dry pilot with laboratories, core facilities, equipment teams, and life-science suppliers.
We are looking for early partners willing to map one recurring workflow and test a non-biological operational prototype.
